By accessing our site or booking a session, you agree to these terms in full. Our practice is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and is dedicated to providing a warm, professional, and supportive environment for your personal growth.

The hypnogarden is a hypnotherapy practice operated by Kasia, providing Solution Focused Hypnotherapy services in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and online. We are committed to helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, and other life challenges through evidence-informed therapeutic techniques.
2. Therapeutic Disclaimer
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. While it is a powerful tool for change, it is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. We do not diagnose medical conditions. Success depends significantly on client commitment and engagement; therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. If you are under the care of a medical professional for a relevant condition, we may require their informed consent before proceeding.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information regarding your health and history.Follow agreed-upon therapeutic advice and listen to any provided recordings.Attend sessions on time, whether in-person or online.
4. Bookings, Fees & Payments
All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and are payable 24 hours before your appointment. Payment can be by bank transfer or cash on the day. We reserve the right to review and amend our fees periodically.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will result in a full session fee charge. Exceptional circumstances will be considered at our discretion.
6. Online Sessions
For online hypnotherapy, you are responsible for providing a reliable internet connection and a private, quiet space where you will not be disturbed. The hypnogarden is not responsible for technology failures on the client's end. We prioritize your digital privacy and use secure platforms for all sessions.
7. Confidentiality & Its Limits
If there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others we are legally obligated to disclose information (e.g., safeguarding or criminal activity) .We discuss cases with a clinical supervisor (anonymously) to ensure best practice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and audio recordings, is the property of The hypnogarden. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, The hypnogarden and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the sessions in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
